Even though JCP didn't report a good quarter it still was better and it showed us that the new company plan will work and is working. The plan is that you don't need coupons that it is just there normal prices are on sale every day. Like the new comercial it showed what the plan and what it means.

Yum Brands Better Choice then McDonalds

McDonalds is a great company grow and their earnings but not much room to grow. Yum on the other hand has many different types of restuarants and is in many different countries and is growing fast. With McDonalds has only one brand but Yum has 3 brands KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut. Also Yum $66.00 which is cheaper than McDonalds at $100.00. So an expensive with less room to grow or a less expensive company with alot of room to grow. So I know that MCD is a good play but YUM better.

War Brewing in Israel, What to Play to Profit

With war on the break in Israel and Iran, with Israel threatening to attack Iran for the reasons that they don't want them to build nuclear weapons, will war break out? If this war break out tons of other countries would be pulled in. How can you make money off war? Sturm, Ruger & Co. or RGR is a military company that has great asset with guns such as pistol and rifles. So if war breaks out and all other stocks go down this will be the only stock that can make you money. It has a good dividend yield of 1.29%. So prepare your profile for war and arm with RGR.

The Election Depends On The Market

The 2012 Election for President depends on the Market. If the Dow Jones goes above 13k then the people will think that President Barack Obama has  done a good job. But if the market crash Obama chance will be gone. But the market is showing patterns of all other crash in the past. The Question is can it hit 13,500 and stay there? It depends how if Greece bailout plan works. Also showing a great turn up in Dell. Another thing if gas fall a little we can see the market hit 13k and over. But worries with Israel and Iran if that breaks out gas will shot up in prices and the market will fall.

Apple to Pay Dividend

Apple (ticker: AAPL) has $100 Billion sitting in cash. There is word that they will either buy back stock or pay a dividend. There has been some shareholder who try to sue for the money but they can't get it the company can do what ever they want with it money. But on the other note Apple hit $500 this month but is it going up more? I think it can easily hit $600 by December. For the reason there new IPad 3 coming out soon, them moving into China, and them releasing there new laptop.

JCPenney Get In NOW!!!!

JCPenney (ticker: JCP) new CEO Ron Johnson, who is known of making Target what it is and help create the Apple store, has started to make JCPenney his next project. As there been a great turn in the advertising of JCPenney that Ron Johnson's plan will already be in effect. With them reporting there earnings on Friday we will see if there a pick up there. I telling you if you don't have share in JCPenney yet get and if doesn't pick up right away it will pick up later. This is a long term investment that has the potential of making a lot of money.

The Company also has invested $500 million in making the Empire State Building more modern. One reason for the IPO is to raise money to help the fixing of these buildings make them modern.
