More People Buying House or Renting, How to Play it?

With every getting into the game of renting and selling houses we look for companies that profit from it. One company named Wyndham Worldwide or WYN that is in three markets,  hotels, vacation exchange and rentals, and vacation ownership. Also it has 17 hotels, 10 vacation rentals, and 3 vacation ownership companies which means it is well built and has been in the game for a while not like all the new company trying for this. The share WYN: $45.24 and has a dividend and yield of 2% I would say its pretty cheap and has room to grow with a better economy. Even Warren Buffet says he think renting and selling real-estate is going to make money from now to the futures.
